Hello! I need some further help with these interview questions. I need them to be more concise, less, and more polished. I am about to interview a sales director tomorrow and we need to learn more about the role she has in the company, the company’s goals, ethics, how they incorporate employees, what the strategies are. We also need to know about a time when they faced a problem and how they overcame it.

  3. Are you ever giving an opportunity to share your ideas and if so how do you go about implementing them?

    Do you have any employees that work under you and if so how difficult is it to train them?
    1. Follow up question when you hire new employees what kind of qualification do you think is most important?
