The power by Naomi Alderman
In an informal essay of about 900 words, I would like you to respond to our reading so far in Naomi Alderman’s novel, The Power. More specifically, I would like you to focus your thoughts on how characters react, respond, and use their power in different ways and for different purposes. You should discuss at least two, but probably not more than three characters, and you should be specific in how you describe their relationship and their thoughts and feelings about their electrostatic abilities. You should also include some analysis or interpretation of the differences (or similarities) you discover amongst these characters and their attitudes. What is Alderman trying to depict by showing us these reactions and these differences?
