You have been hired to evaluate the effectiveness of learning with the Community Coaching Cafe organization. Read Case Study #5 (pg. 196).

In 1,250-1,500 words, do the following:

1. Summarize the organization and the role in the community.
2. Analyze existing characteristics of a learning organization.
3. Recommend adjustments to create a more effective learning organization.
4. Discuss the characteristics needed to lead the organization as a whole. Do those characteristics fall into one leadership style? Explain.
5. Recommend coaching tips to assist leadership development within the organization.
