Pick and complete one of the three Mini-Project Question (pick from questions 2a,b,c,d,e, 3a,b,c,d,e, 4a,b,c,d,e, or 5a,b,c,d,e). Turn in a brief typed paper, 2 page minimum.

The mini-projects is uploaded. You only have to chose one. You are looking at this from a social work perspective. Please use complete sentences and proper grammar. I would suggest you look up examples of a needs assessment. I am not sure of which human service program to chose from so it would be great if it was a known human service program. Talk about the program a little and just answer each letter of the question.
