Lots of good material here. Just a small tweek is needed.
The only problem I see is that the two most important auctions of the paper (the components of virtue and conspiracy theories) don’t go into enough detail on key points. So I’d like to see more depth in your discussion there, especially on conspiracy theories (e.g. you don’t really say what they are or how they work before you apply virtue theory to them). I also think there’s some relevant research left out: Baehr’s article on evidentialism should be in the Evidence section, Montmarquet’s in the Conscientiousness section, Mitova’s paper in the duty section, maybe Radoilska or Zagzebski in the ‘Goals and motivations’ section. You want to be pretty comprehensive here: if we read something relevant somewhere, cite it.
You’ve got about 300 words before you hit the top of the recommended work count range, so that might be enough to do cover what you need to. But if you need more space that than, you can probably streamline the other parts of the paper. The Intro and Conclusion could each be condensed into one paragraph each, for instance.
