Comparable Values
Review the NOHS Ethical Standards for Human Services Professionals and conduct research to discover and describe the values inherent in the human services profession. Discuss how these values instruct or impact effective service delivery in both positive and negative ways? What expectations for social responsibility by Human Service Professionals are included in the Standards, either explicitly or implicitly?
Compare and contrast these values with those of at least one other profession of your choosing, i.e. law, medicine, etc. Use specific examples to discuss the impact of these values on services provided to clientele of each profession discussed. Please remember to support your conclusions with your research.
Your Assignment should:
Be presented in the form of a well-written graduate level document
Use an essay format, 12 point font, and double spacing
Be 3–4 pages in length, not including the title and reference pages
Include a title page and reference page
Include at least two references in support of your observations and conclusions using proper APA citation and reference formatting
All work should be in your own words with quotes used very sparingly. Please be sure to answer every question within the body of your paper. The Library offers you credible articles from which to draw your supportive references.
