As part of their Strategic Planning process, your management has done a SWOT analysis. In doing so, they have determined that your company has a variety of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

- Then in a 1-2 page Word document answer the following:
For the SWOT Analysis assignment this week you are going to approach it like this is your company and you have received this SWOT analysis on your company. Then from your perspective as the “pretend” leader of this company you will:
- Select one item from Strengths and on item from Opportunities. Describe strategies that will take advantage of the strengths and opportunities that you chose. Be detailed in your explanation of how a company could capitalize on that strength and opportunity.
- Select on item from Weaknesses and one item from Threats. Describe strategies that will help the company reduce the negative impact of that weakness and threat. Be detailed in your explanations.
- Your strategies should relate to one of the functions of management. Be sure to indicate which functions(s) of management would apply to each or your strategies.
