The project should bear the scheme of a grant.
The project should clearly state the following:
- The problem, objectives, main aims and expected deliverables
- Planned activities with detailed method of implementation
- Methodology and work plan of activities
- Draft budget with detailed distribution of funds
- Distribution of staff – people involved and their involvement/role
- Report and auditing scheme
Your project must:
- Describe your strategy and activities;
- Define possible risks;
- Contain expected results: impact, output and outcomes
