Week 2:Grammar: Gender in a German Paragraph GERMAN HELP

Please review the lesson on gender posted for you in Lessons before you complete this assignment. Here is your paragraph, and I have done the first sentence for you. Submit the finished product as a Word attachment in the assignment submission box. Don’t worry if you don’t understand the text, just focus on the nouns, i.e. the words that are capitalized, and see if you can figure out whether each noun is masculine, feminine, neuter or plural.

Ich habe eine Katze vor Augen, die springt. Vom Fußboden auf den Tisch, vom Tisch auf das Fensterbrett, vom Fensterbrett aus hinaus? Wer weiß?! Vielleicht liegt sie auch nur da und rekelt sich in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen dieses Jahres; leckt sich genüsslich das Mäulchen von der Milch, die sie getrunken hat und beobachtet die Vögel in den Zweigen des Baumes vor dem Haus.
