Essay: Training Considerations for Adult Learners Objective:Write a paper that identifies adult learning styles and compares and contrasts training methods and delivery modes. Introduction: Adults have different learning styles than children and require different training methods for effective learning. When considering learning styles, trainers must also consider the aging and diverse workforce, as well as how to address barriers faced by many adult learners. Trainers also need to take into consideration their learners’ current levels of knowledge, skills and abilities; their motivation; and their readiness to learn. All of these aspects are important factors for designing effective training that is consistent with the organization’s strategic training goals.
