The Civic Awareness Option
- Be in at least 1500 words, excluding the cover page, abstract, and reference page. Annotated bibliography is not required in this part.
- Discuss the mission, vision, objectives, and the legal foundation of the organization.
- Discuss the objectives and achievements/contribution of the organization in the community. Be as specific as possible.
- Use at least 8 (eight) independent references of information from reputable sources, preferably from .org and .gov Web sites.
- Several pages from the same website will count only as one (1) reference
- Be in the APA writing format, including a cover page, abstract, in-text citations, and reference page
