Stories Through the Lens Assignment
Take 3 different black and white photographs of your model and recreate your best one using the newsprint medium. Conduct research and write a narrative where you examine black and white portrait photography and its impact on your work.
Submit:
- 6 or more images: 3 different photographs of your subject (could be the same model, but different angles/close-ups). Indicate which one you chose to recreate as a collage. 3 images of collage: 1 overall image and 2 different detail close-ups (.jpegs).
- A narrative that is at least 650 words in length (word document or pdf).
