- Write a reflection that includes:
- connections between these gratitude connects with other concepts from our course (e.g., the brain, health, social relationships).
- a discussion of how what you’ve learned about gratitude can be directly applied to your own life (e.g., strategies you can use to change your own well-being).
Be specific and avoid vague generalities. Points will be earned based on the thoughtfulness of your integration of ideas from class time, class readings, and these gratitude articles.
