In this assignment, you will complete a number of readings and/or self-assessments to identify facets of resilience, including negative and positive emotions, self-talk, mindset and explanatory style. These are some tools for self-care. You will discuss how these operate when things go wrong and when things go right, as well as develop strategies to strengthen these areas. Prepare for the assignment by completing the required readings and watching the videos. In addition, you will need to complete the following self-assessments from the course textbook and online.
