Persuasive essay
Write an essay that persuades readers to agree with your position on the issue you wrote about in Week 6.
To write your final essay, use the outline you created in Week 7.
Your essay should have the following:
An introduction that presents the essay’s subject, gains reader interest, and delivers a persuasive thesis statement.
A thesis statement that presents a clear opinion regarding your subject.
Body sections that justify the thesis through a clear, logical organization.
Persuasive topic sentences, delivered near the beginning of each section, that appeal to your readers to agree with the essay’s thesis statement.
