1- The path to world peace will when countries stop fighting wars and spend the money for the development of the citizens of the world. Political leaders should stop threatening one another and create fear in the world. It is the leaders of countries that decide to go to war and take aggressive stands. They should be encouraged to solve conflicts with meaningful diplomatic interactions and stop using violent means. The people of the world should have at least their basic necessities of food and shelter fulfilled. Every person should get a fair chance to improve their living standards. Discrimination on the basis of race, religion, nationality etc is causing anger and unhappiness. Today people are fighting each other in name of religion, culture and race. We need a culture of tolerance and acceptance of all cultures in the world in order to bring peace. Leaders should refrain from creating rifts between people and dividing them for the sake of power and political gains. People should be educated so that they understand the manipulative ways of politicians and refuse to support aggressive policies. An engaged citizenry is important in order to bring a sense of responsibility and understanding to the path to peace.
2-I think the path to world peace is education. Education makes people think before they do any non peaceful behaviors. Education brings all people together in one path whatever their believes or cultures are. Also people see educated decisions to be fair decisions because there’s effort put in them. If people make decisions in base of knowledge, they do better because they are willing to compromise. These fair decisions makes people convinced that they live in justice and there is no way for them to make any not peaceful decisions or behaviors. I do not think that war brings peace. In fact war brings more war. Also war makes people divided into different groups which makes things difficult and almost imposable to bring them together again. But if we focus more on education we could make people forget about the money and land. Instead people will come to solutions that works for everyone and they will accept others. They will think that although they are different but they have something in common which is being human. I also do not believe in the end justify the mean because there is many means that are bad but have good end to makes it looks okay but it’s not okay.
3-I find the path to peace very impossible because it would half to mean that all international relations would have to be non existent. When I say non existent i mean that no matter what is happening in the world we would not get involved. A treaty would have to be signed that says no one can invade anyone and then we would have to just not care about what any other country is doing. It is especially impossible nowadays because of how connected the world actually is. Through the internet, we are connected to every town in every country in the world. And because of this every move, both foreign and domestic, will be seen all around the world. And everyone has a different opinion on it. The path to peace would be a long and crazy road and some freedom would have to be taken away somewhere along the line. We living in a world where the only way we know how to resolve a conflict is through war and fighting and it dosent work all the time. It cost a lot of money and time and most of all lives. A world of peace would be nice but i dont see it in the near future.
