Narrative Essay
Please do not write about birth, death, religion or any bodily function or injury. Write about someone, something that you know about personally, and most importantly, have a reason for writing. There must be a purpose to the writing. I understand the topics in the text all appear to ask you to write a journal type essay where you talk only about yourself. I am asking you to write a story about a person, place or event that is significant to you. Write about the person, place or event and not exclusively about yourself. Objective writing is more of a challenge and a better tool for learning to express ideas in an objective manner. Writing about yourself, subjective writing, is easy.
