My Educational Journey
Write: You will write a reflective paper by completing the following:
- Describe the most important thing you have learned so far from your classes at Ashford. (American Politics as well as how to manage work, my personal life and school)
- Analyze the new skills, knowledge, or abilities you have gained from your educational experience.(critical thinking, analytical thinking, APA format, paragraph formatting)
- Assess how you overcame some of the challenges in formulating a viable research method for the Final Capstone Paper. (coming up with clear thoughts, deep internal research)
- Discuss what academic strengths and weaknesses you are going to continue working on.(strength: bring thought to paper, research) (weaknesses: public speaking)
- Illustrate how you plan to continue your learning journey upon graduation. (Apply for Law school in southern California)

- Must be at least four double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center’s APA Style (Links to an external site.)
- Must include a separate title page with the following:
- Title of paper
- Student’s name
- Course name and number
- Instructor’s name
- Date submitted
