 “What is a successful knowledge management system?” The essay should include:

(a) specification of the elements necessary for any knowledge management system;

(b) a comparison of the architectural details of at least two commercial KM systems (e.g. data repositories, connectivity services, user interfaces); and

(c) explication of measures of effectiveness for KM systems.
