Identify one organization in Saudi Arabia and examine the organization to determine if these conditions exist. If so, describe whether or not they have created greater business value for the firm. If not, what steps does the firm need to take to make innovation succeed? There are three conditions to make innovation succeed: -Motivate: Establish rewards for innovation. -Support: Create infrastructure to sustain innovation. -Direct: Manage innovation strategically (Mckeen & Smith, 2015).
