The FIRST PART of this assignment is to prepare a one (1) page report on a current manager whom you have observed during your internship and report on his/her management style as it relates to any of the management styles learned from any of your college courses that addressed that topic and describe how this style has a positive or negative impact on the morale and productivity of the staff. Note: if none of your college courses to date have covered this topic interns will have to do independent research to become familiar with the subject matter.
