We discussed the organizational conflict for the next mediation and determined roles. The organizational conflict is minimum wage. Takison will be the mediator, Peter the scribe, Suzanna and Patrick the minimum wage parties and Roberta the employer.

In a Mediation session one of the participants is playing a role of mediator another will scribe, and another student and I will play a role of the minimum wage parties.
