I want you to look at the Goal Setting Worksheet because it is an excellent guide for how to write a goal in general but don’t turn in. You may use it to help you complete the Goals Workbook which must be completed in its entirety and turned in. I just need you to fill out the form you don’t have to write that many pages just answer all the questions asked in that form please?
