I am looking for someone who is a psychology scholar who knows how to write a Grant Proposal. This Grant Proposal is on The Cognitive Effects of Multiple Sclerosis. I will give the tutor time as needed to write the Grant Proposal, but I will definitely need The Background and Significance portion NO LATER THAN MONDAY JANUARY 28TH.
