Create an advertisement Fact sheet for your product that explains to the public: 1.What your GMO product is: Name and description 2. Why is the product necessary? What is the need for the product? The problem that your specific GMO is attempting to solve – give relevance. 3. The gene(s) inserted or modified, what they do, and what organism(s) they came from. Explain in terms the public can understand. 4. Does this product present ethical or health concerns to the public? Do research here to back up your claims. – Show citations! 5. What do you want the public to do? Buy it? Support legislation for it? Contribute $ towards it? Go use it? Explain your idea. *Your advertisement will be prepared for print in a publication. Where do you think it should go? Magazine, Newspaper, Scientific magazine? You must include pictures or diagrams in your submission.
