Experience with The Legal System
By now, each of you has either had an experience with the legal system or knows someone who has.
Briefly describe your example (no gory details or privacy revelations please) and analyze what was good and bad about it. Try to do so from a neutral perspective, assessing what you think went wrong or right about it.
Once we share some stories, we can perhaps come to some conclusions about the strengths and weaknesses of the legal system as it applies to us in our everyday lives.
