This is my English homework in college so no plagiarism at all please. I will add the step by step guide below but the homework generally is about a book by Victor Frankl “Man’s Search For Meaning” and an interview video of Simon Sinek(I will put the link below) talking about Millennials and their problems. Essay is manily about Frankl’s ideas work with or echo Sinek’s and my oppinion on the matter. Please follow the step by step instructions that I prepared. Simon Sinek Video / Man’s Search For Meaning PDF

STEP 1: Watch the VIDEO (Simon Sinek Video), “Simon Sinek on Millennials in the Workplace.” It is an excerpted interview from an episode of Inside Quest, an online program and podcast that focuses on conversations about success and innovation.

STEP 2: After watching the video, carefully read the excerpt that is posted below it. The excerpt is taken from the complete interview transcript

STEP 3: After watching the video and reading transcript of it, carefully read the Man’s Search For Meaning book which is about 70 pages. Man’s Search For Meaning PDF

STEP 4: Writing Task: After completing Steps 1, 2, and 3, write a 4-page essay in MLA format (approx. 950 words) in response to the following prompt:

What ideas in Sinek’s interview could be related to the concepts and insights offered by Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning?

Formulate an answer to this question and proceed to explain and support your ideas through the course of your essay. Your response to this prompt should include summary and explanation of the key ideas presented by Sinek and Frankl which connect or overlap, and include an analysis of the relationship between Sinek’s and Frankl’s ideas.

Structurally, your essay should include an introduction paragraph that clearly states your position on the question, a series of well-organized body paragraphs, and a conclusion.

Objectives:

● Identify the author’s (or speaker’s) key ideas (WHICH IS Frankl’s ideas work with or echo Sinek’s)

● Edit and proofread your work; assemble a publishable final draft document formatted to MLA standards.

● A work cited page must be included, which should only contain the links I have provided above. Which are: Simon Sinek Video / transcript and the book itself (Man’s Search for Meaning)
