According to the problem of conflicting truth-claims, it is logically impossible for any more than one religion to be absolutely true. The teachings of the various major world religions are radically different from one another and even in direct conflict. How, if at all, does Hick’s pluralist hypothesis address this problem of conflicting truth claims? Do you find this account of religious diversity to be convincing? Why or why not?
