Upon completing the readings in modules 4-8 will have identified many of the theoretical explanations for criminal behavior. For journal #3 students will describe the theory/ theories that best explain crime in their community. Are they useful to explain 21st Century crime problems? Can they be used to explain crime problems in your community(Baltimore) or(Saudi Arabia,Jeddah)? What preventive strategies can be used to deter criminal behavior overall? Remember to use concepts and terms from the readings and course material as you complete journal #3
