TOPIC

Minorities in the law enforcement,

The history and roles of minorities in the police force. From the early stages minorities have been struggling with entering the law enforcement departments as well as having a statue in the community. As a minority, African America and a female I fit into this categories. As I make my way into my criminal justice degree and hopefully pursuing a career as a minority i believe it would give me some insight on the history. how has it changed and what are some of the changes that can take place to make it better for future police officers.
