After you have completed the M5 Discussion 1: A pinch of sugar… What does it mean to be Measurable? Compose a short paper that:
- Describes peer provided information that could be extrapolated for the purposes of completing an Intake or Social History form.
- For example, while one of your peer’s discussed a recipe they use, or instructions needed to accomplish a task, additional information may have been provided. For example, “I make this recipe so it feeds my family of five”. As a Case Manager you could use this information to ascertain more details regarding the family unit.
