We need to do a capital budgeting on the new campus of UNIVERSITY OF WOLLONGONG that is being build in Dubai 2020. the order has 8 parts. 1) In depth introduction – Details of organisation and project 2) Literature Review 3) Explanation of Methodology – All investment rules used 4) Explanation of inputs – CAPM, INDUSTRY BETA, WACC. 5) Schedule of construction/ Revenue 6) Scenarios analysis – Best case, worse case, base case. 7) Cost benefits analysis a- Social return on investment (SROI) B- Social cost benefit analysis (SCBA) C- Well being valuation analysis (WVA) 8) Conclusion. So far we did the first two parts in my last order. As for now we will continue with the rest of the parts, and finish it all.
