What I’ve seen that is missing from  just about all of the responses is the element of training……….while it is not specifically referenced in the course text, if you conduct additional research, you are likely to find that with the implementation of any new system, training is an almost imperative inclusion that can determine the difference between successful implementation or failure.

 

What is the impact of training in your view relative to this specific scenario?………should it be included?……..what outcome is likely if you do not include it?
