Humanities class: African American Heritage in the Arts
I have 2 works:
1- Write 150 words on this:
about dialects and signifying. Share an experience you have had with different languages or expressions that you encountered your weren’t familiar with before. You can also write an incident of signifyin’ or African American language expression.
2- Write 5 to 7 pages about ”Interview Tips & Strategies”
You will conduct a formal interview with someone that identifies as African American or has significant ties to African American culture. You will need to complete a report of your intended subject and three questions . You will then use this report as a portion of your research about an aspect of African American cultural heritage you find interesting. Note: I expect your research paper to be subjective and unique!
