 You may write an extra credit paper for up to 1/2 of a letter grade (to be added to your final course grade – between 1%-5% points)

Assignment:

– Pick ANY book that relates to the course in some way

(The following are OFF LIMITS: ANY textbook/how-to book, Steve Jobs, The Hunger Games Series, The Ender Saga)

 

– Email proposed book to 
[email protected] no later than the end of WEEK 12

6-8 Pages (NOT including the sources page) – printed, to be turned in during class AND uploaded here as an attachment

Use Microsoft Word standard format (11pt, Calibri, standard margins, double spaced)

– Summarize the book

– Explain how it relates to Informatics/Computer Science

– Your opinions/thoughts/critique of the book

Must have AT LEAST 5 sources:

– At least 3 academic sources (journals, books, etc…)
