Students are to develop a 500-1000 word analysis of the origin and development of constitutional democracy in the US.
What were the major points of contention between the Federalists and the Antifederalists? How do those points of contention underlie the structure of government that resulted from the Constitution? Can you think of any contemporary issues that would be just as divisive today?
A rule of thumb that I use is at least one source for every 250 words. So for this paper, I would recommend finding at least four scholarly sources to strengthen your argument.
